Electrosoft Announces Members of its Newly Established Advisory Board of Directors July 31, 2014

Electrosoft is pleased to announce the formation of our Advisory Board of Directors (ABoD).  This group brings industry expertise that will help shape the vision for the company and provide a roadmap for our continued success.

Electrosoft President Dr. Sarbari Gupta recently stated “I am happy to report that the Electrosoft Advisory Board of Directors was formally launched in June! The ABoD will help us develop and execute on a strategic path that aggressively promotes company growth while retaining our core values.”

The four-member Advisory Board is made up of individuals with a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.  The members represent a cross-section of the IT industry and come from some of the most successful companies in the Washington area. The ABoD members (in alphabetical order) are:

  • Greg Hanson with a focus on Strategic Planning
  • David Kriegman with a focus on Business Development
  • Pamela Little with a focus on Financial Management
  • Jack Littley with a focus on Operations and Culture

Dr. Hanson has over 32 years’ experience in leadership positions in the federal, defense, and civilian sectors as well as industry and academia.  As General Manager for the Enterprise Solutions Sector for a large federal contractor, he has P&L responsibility for a $1OOM business unit with worldwide operations serving the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian Agencies, and the National Intelligence Community.  Dr. Hanson earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida (UCF), a MS in Information Systems from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is also an Adjunct Full Professor, teaching graduate information technology courses for the University of Maryland University College and currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the UCF.

Mr. Kriegman has spent 30 years growing and managing companies that provide professional services to the government.  He is currently the President and CEO of a consulting company that provides operational and administrative advice to help companies achieve their strategic growth goals. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a $1.3B government systems integration company with 5,500 employees.  Mr. Kriegman earned his Masters of Science in Mathematics from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Ms. Little has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership positions with companies ranging from privately held startup high technology firms to large publicly-traded multi-national professional services and government contracting firms.  She currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a defense technical services firm.  Prior to that, she served in executive level positions at a number of other companies. Ms. Little received her B.A. degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland and her M.B.A from Loyola College.

Dr. Littley is an experienced executive who has served in technology company leadership positions for over 40 years. In his most recent assignment he served as Chief Performance Officer at a $1.2B company where he was responsible for integrating 28 companies under a single holding company and for managing operations of the company’s shared services organizations.  Prior to that, he held executive level positions at several well-known systems integration firms. Dr. Littley received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, an MBA from Virginia Tech, and a Doctor of Science in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from George Washington University.

This board of proven executives will further diversify the talents of our Executive Management Team and will bring new ideas and energy to Electrosoft’s growing business.
