Electrosoft, an award-winning federal IT and professional services firm, announced today that its CEO, Dr. Sarbari Gupta, is a featured guest on the Jumping Point Podcast. In the episode, host Phillip K. Naithram interviews Gupta about starting a one-person company 20 years ago and her experience growing the business to more than 100 employees today.
“I always wanted to do something on my own, but it’s hard to find the courage to start something on your own … when you have a good-paying job and the money’s coming in,” Gupta shares early in the interview.
