Electrosoft is pleased to announce that Dr. Sarbari Gupta, Electrosoft President and CEO will be speaking at the U.S. Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) Security Forum on October 20, 2014 at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.

This timely presentation will focus on the use of the mobile device as a strong identity token and a platform for asserting digital identity with high assurance.  This includes Derived PIV Credentials in accordance with NIST guidelines recently drafted in NIST SP 800-157, Guidelines for Derived Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credentials. This presentation will educate the Federal community about the opportunity to issue, manage and use a set of strong identity credentials based on the PIV Card, which can be used to support and promote the increasingly mobile Federal workforce while maintaining a high degree of security and assurance.

The U.S. Army ITA Security Forum is a one day event focusing on cyber security education and training.  It is available to the entire U.S. Army ITA organization.  Other speakers will address Information Assurance (IA), the Pentagon Computer Emergency Response Team (PENTCERT), and software assurance.  The event will be held at the Warrior CR and 9/11 Heroes Auditorium Building 20 located at Ft Belvoir, Virginia.
