8 (A) Sole Source CONTRACT

Electrosoft participates in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. As an 8(a) firm, Electrosoft can receive sole-source Federal contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million, for goods and services. Such contracts do not have to undergo the normal competitive acquisition process. Instead, Electrosoft and the Federal agency can negotiate the contract terms.

GSA OASIS - SMALL BUSINESS AND 8(a)

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business  Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The services provided under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

The General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS SB GWAC has been designated as a Best in Class (BIC) Professional Services acquisition solution by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

NITAAC CIO-SP3 SMALL BUSINESS AND 8(a)

The Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) helps agencies meet their mission critical needs and small business goals with innovative IT services and solutions.

The NITAAC (NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center) CIO-SP3 Small Business GWAC is a 10-year IDIQ Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a 15-year period of performance designated as a Best in Class (BIC) Information Technology acquisition solution by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). CIO-SP3 Small Business helps agencies meet their mission critical needs and small business goals with innovative IT services and solutions.

The Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) delivers federal, state, and local customer agencies the tools and expertise needed to shorten procurement cycles, ensure compliance and provide the best value for innovative technology products, services and solutions.

GSA 8(a) STARS II

The 8(a) STARS II Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The contract has a $10 billion program ceiling and a five (5) year period of performance.  This allows Federal agencies flexible, long-tearm planning while earning socioeconomic credit by supporting 8(a) businesses. 

The General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) STARS II GWAC has been designated as a Best in Class (BIC) Information Technology acquisition solution by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

ARMY ITES-3S (EZTeq JOINT VENTURE)

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle structured to provide a full range of IT services and solutions. 

The Army ITES-3S contract provides IT services and solutions to all military services, DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies. The total ceiling value for the contract is $12.1 billion with a period of performance expiring in 2027. ITES-3S is managed by the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

DLA JETS

The J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle provides a full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems, across the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) IT enterprise. The DLA JETS contract is an eight-year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. JETS consists of 21 task areas, both technical and managerial, covering a wide variety of IT services to support U.S. missions worldwide.

NAVY SEAPORT-NEXT GENERATION (SEAPORT-NxG)

The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle provides services that span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy ordering activities. Seaport NextGen is the Navy's platform for acquiring support services in two (2) broad functional areas: Engineering Support Services and Program Management Support Services and 23 functional area subcategories. Contract can compete for service requirements issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research and the United States Marine Corps.

The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts.

GSA CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE (CoE) DISCOVERY BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA)

The Centers of Excellence (CoE) Discovery Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) provides agency partners a quick and flexible path to acquire services to support discovery and assessment efforts related to IT modernization. The General Services Administration (GSA) Technology Transformation Services issued the Discovery BPA to provide the CoE and future agency partners the flexibility and speed necessary to perform numerous discovery and assessment efforts at multiple agencies, simultaneously.
