The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) provides Digital Transformation Support Services (DTSS) for the CISA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). It is a multi-year BPA valued at approximately $500 million, designed to modernize CISA's IT infrastructure, adopt rapid technology testing, and enhance enterprise IT management. It will allow OCIO to improve risk analytics, secure critical infrastructure, and upgrade legacy systems.

Type of Orders: BPA order(s) may be issued as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour (LH), and/or hybrid contract types. If travel is required, orders will include a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Cost (Cost) Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) for travel. The contract type will be identified in each individual order. All LH and T&M orders under the BPA shall specify a price for the performance of the tasks identified in the statement of work as a Not to Exceed (NTE).
