I love the fact that even though the company is growing, it still feels like a small family. Everyone is always easy to reach and helpful with any questions I have. And, when the CEO asks you where you want your career to go and tells you to reach out if you need anything to get there, that is an important distinction.

One of the first things that struck me about Electrosoft’s culture is true teamwork. I am blessed that my coworkers do not hesitate to step in when needed, answer questions, and provide resource suggestions. There are no silos here – and that is a welcome work environment. I learn something every day.

Since my first day at Electrosoft, everyone has been very nice and polite. The workplace feels warm and welcoming, and I always feel included with all of the events, Lunch & Learns, etc. I am happy to share that I love where I work
