Electrosoft Services, LLC announced today that it has been awarded the Defense Logistics Agency Systems Engineering IT Modernization Support Services (SE IT MSS) follow-on prime contract. Under a Contractor Team Arrangement with KPMG LLP, Electrosoft will deliver expanded systems engineering and enterprise data strategy support as DLA accelerates its Digital-Business Transformation initiative across one of the Department of Defense's most complex logistics enterprises.

The award reflects Electrosoft’s ability to bridge high-level IT strategic planning with hands-on technical execution. Over the previous period of performance, Electrosoft drove key digital milestones for DLA, including the baseline design of secure multi-cloud architectures and the authorship of standardized portfolio management operating procedures — delivering results without disruption to the agency's existing compliance and governance frameworks.
Under the contract, Electrosoft will introduce dedicated task areas to support the agency's sharpened 2026 priorities: multi-cloud spend visibility, master data management, and AI/ML design aligned with federal directives. Additional services include project management, solutions engineering, front office support, GRC workflow automation, data architecture support, and enterprise AI governance. Together, these capabilities will help ensure that critical supplies, materials, and logistics support reach U.S. forces worldwide faster and more reliably.
