Electrosoft Chief Operating Officer Jamie Holcombe recently appeared as a guest on two industry podcasts, sharing perspective on team culture, trust, and the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and mission readiness.

He described the importance of building a "bank of trust"; through consistent habits: telling the truth, admitting what you don't know, giving credit and taking responsibility, making decisions in the open, and keeping promises. He also spoke about the human cost of cyber work, encouraging leaders to watch for signs of isolation, fatigue, and lost purpose on their teams.

On September 23, Holcombe appeared on Keeping IT Brief: The Power Perspective for the episode "Build Faster. Move Faster? Speeding Up Software Isn't the Whole Story." The conversation explored the growing connection between AI, cybersecurity, software mobility, and mission readiness, including how coordination across agencies, services, partners, and security domains depends on the ability of information, decisions, and capabilities to move freely and securely.
