The U.S. Department of Labor awarded Electrosoft a 2025 Gold Medallion Award under its HIRE Vets Medallion Program. The award, which honors the employers that hire our nation's heroes, is the only federal-level veterans’ employment award that recognizes a company or an organization’s commitment to veteran hiring, retention, and professional development.

Electrosoft qualified for the Gold Medallion Award based on achieving a 2024 veteran hiring percentage of 21.5% and, at year’s end, having veteran employees comprise 16% of total staff. In each category, medium-size companies seeking a Gold Medallion must attain a minimum of 7% to qualify. In addition, Electrosoft demonstrated wide-ranging support for the professional growth and development of all employees, including veterans, via specialized program offerings.
