Electrosoft is pleased to announce that the Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved the Mentor Protégé Agreement (MPA) between Electrosoft Services, Inc. (Protégé) and Zantech Services, Inc. (Mentor) under the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. The MPA was approved under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. 

The purpose of the SBA-approved 8(a) Mentor/Protégé relationship is to enhance the capabilities of the protégé; assist the protégé with meeting the goals established in its SBA-approved business plan; and to improve its ability to successfully compete for contracts.

Under this SBA-approved MPA, EZ Technology Group LLC (EZTG) has been established as a Joint Venture (JV) business entity. EZTG can bid and win Federal procurements as an 8(a) company provided Electrosoft qualifies as small for the procurement. EZTG can also receive 8(a) sole source awards provided Electrosoft has not reached the dollar limit set for the NAICS code. Electrosoft and Zantech look forward to working together under the EZTG banner and applying our joint capabilities to support Federal opportunities set aside as 8(a) procurements.
