Lisa Anthony leads Electrosoft’s Human Resources function, setting talent, culture, and workforce strategy as the company scales across cybersecurity, digital engineering, and intelligent automation. She partners with leaders across Electrosoft to align people strategy with business objectives, build recruiting and retention pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, and strengthen the employee experience across all company locations. She also owns compliance across federal, state, and local employment regulations, including OFCCP, EEO, DCAA audit readiness, and personnel security clearance requirements.

An HR executive with more than 20 years supporting government contracting and professional services organizations, Lisa brings depth in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, compliance, and workforce planning.

Prior to Electrosoft, she served as Director of Human Resources at Integrity Management Consulting and previously held leadership roles with Akima, MAG Aerospace, and Constellis. Across those organizations, she earned a reputation as a critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills and for building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.

Lisa holds an MS in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA in Advertising from Elmhurst University.
